Electrical Distributors may apply for Payment Terms by completing (in full) a FBS Credit Application Package. To
download the Credit Application Package CLICK HERE. You can fax completed applications to us @ 951-514-2626.
Partially completed applications will NOT be accepted. FBS reserves the right to accept or deny any/all Customer
Credit Applications based upon credit worthiness as determined/defined by common industry standards for credit
evaluation.
